This notice explains how the Tej Studio website handles information submitted through its project enquiry form.
Information you provide
Our enquiry forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, area of interest and project description. The full form also accepts an organisation, existing website, budget and timing. We record the page and call to action used, submitted campaign parameters where present, and the time you consented to contact. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal information.
How the information is used
Enquiry details are stored to assess your requirements and respond to your request. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.
Storage and service providers
This website is prepared for hosting on DigitalOcean App Platform. Enquiry storage uses Supabase when configured by the website operator; a storage failure is reported rather than treated as a successful submission. The Supabase project region, notification providers and any overseas processing are awaiting confirmation from the website operator. Please avoid sending sensitive information until these details are confirmed.
Cookies, fonts and website measurement
The owner area uses a session cookie after sign-in. The website serves its typefaces locally; loading fonts does not send a request to Google. No advertising pixels or analytics scripts are configured on this website. Campaign parameters are recorded only when included with an enquiry submission.
Access, correction and deletion requests
Use the contact form and identify your request as a privacy enquiry to ask about accessing, correcting or deleting your information. Provide only enough detail to identify the original enquiry. A monitored privacy contact and enquiry retention period are awaiting confirmation from the website operator. No automatic deletion schedule is currently configured.
